I recently visited Arnold EyeCare for my annual appointment. I received a reminder email, which was great and probably the only reason I made it to my appointment! I saw Dr. Wilson - She is very thorough during exams, extremely friendly, and genuinely cares about her patients. I was greeted by Melissa at the front desk. Brandy was the assistant that prepared me for my visit. Both very pleasant and friendly ladies. And, Jane was the one who helped me with my frames. She adjusted my current frames in no time - and helped with getting some replacement lenses under warranty, she was very helpful in deciding on new frames, and made it so easy to understand the insurance and what my options were. The entire staff is wonderful here! I I will continue to use their services, and would recommend them to anyone I care about!

I have been going to Arnold EyeCare Center for years. I find that I am able to schedule with no problem and in the event I need to reschedule I receive very courteous help from the staff. I have had to see a doctor on an emergency basis and I was seen as soon as I was able to get to the office. Dr. Wilson, is very thorough in her exams and is able to convey in words that I understand what she is doing and why. Everyone at this office is professional, courteous and I would not go anywhere else. I also recommend Arnold EyeCare Center to everyone I know. They are the best!

Completed our annual eye exam last week. We appreciate the excellent care and concern from the entire staff at Arnold Eye Care. We truly enjoy visiting with Dr. Wilson and hearing about her latest trip to provide eye care to the people in Haiti. We would highly recommend Arnold Eye Care for any concern you may be having with your eyes or eyeglasses.

I received the best eye care. I have been to many eye doctors but this one exceeded by expectations. Dr. Wilson took the time to explain the results of all the eye tests. The staff was great with fitting me with glasses and making sure they were perfect. I recommend Arnold EyeCare Center to everyone.

I would like to thank all of you for the fine care-- especially Leah who has watched over me and my husband for many years. She has continuously encouraged me in the right direction. She always picks out the best frames!
Thank you also to Dr. Wilson who was thoughtful, patient and kind during my exam. I had been putting this appointment off for months because of previous experiences with other doctors and fear I wouldn't get the correct prescription. Dr. Wilson treated me with respect and courtesy. I walked out of the office with a huge sigh of relief knowing I will get the correct glasses.
Thanks also to the woman who assisted the doctor at the beginning of my appointment. She made me feel comfortable in the office and decreased my anxiety. Sorry I didn't get her name.
With thanks to everyone at Arnold Eye Center. I can't wait to get my new glasses.

I would highly recommend Arnold Eye Care. My optometrist is Dr. Diane G. Wilson. I have glaucoma. Untreated, it can cause blindness over time. Dr. Wilson and the staff at Arnold Eye Care are truly concerned about their patients. One is not simply a number on a chart. They listen. I have never had anyone ever do as much as they have to be helpful, sincerely. I thank them so much.

I now have my most spectacular progressive bifocals ever! Between Dr. Wilson and her excellent staff, I can see clearly now, near and far! First of all, Dr. Wilson is very good at determining the proper script. Secondly, the lenses I have are Varilux, which two of the opticians, Norma and Jane, highly recommended. Other optical shops do not necessarily carry these lenses, and I wish I hadn't tried the chain stores first, thinking I could get a better deal. I didn't, in quality or cost.
The Arnold Eye Care office staff are well-versed in the diversity of progressive lenses that are available. I have grown to trust and respect their recommendations.
I paid just about the same at Arnold Eye Care for a higher-quality product without insurance as I did for a pair of useless eyeglasses with a 30% off coupon at the chain store.
Don't waste your time like I did at the chain stores!
